We might admire Masterchef, but that level of cooking is way out of most peoples comfort zone. If your dinner time cookery is chuck a frozen pizza in the oven or microwaving ready meals then try 3 ingredient cooking.
Using minimum ingredients is quick and easy, and ideal for the amateur chef, or those just starting to experiment with home cooking. It allows you to knock up some nice healthy dishes in a short time without too much fuss or knowledge of cooking techniques.
To keep things interesting this is an American book which means some unusual (for us Brits) dishes which are easy to cook and very tasty.
